(More customer reviews)I think they decided to have someone walk it here from the warehouse, I ordered it on the 7th and the origonal order still has not arrived (that elf must be real cold by now) I called and they shipped out a new one to me and it is a very nice guitar strap, just exactly what he wanted!!! I was really unhappy that the first order didn't come but was impressed with the fact that they took care of it and made sure I got my product.
